Cancellation and Refunds:
We offer outstanding value in our beautiful facilities staffed by highly trained professionals. To ensure we maintain this high standard, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies:
• Treatments, services, and service packages cannot be transferred to other individuals or clinic.
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any appointment cancellation to allow us to reallocate your appointment to another client.
• We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
• If you fail to attend an appointment without providing at least 24 hours prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a $50 No Show or Late Cancellation fee. If you have pre-paid for an appointment and do not attend, you may forfeit one treatment from your package.
• Rejuvenate Aesthetic Artistry may, at its discretion, permit the cancellation of a treatment protocol. In such cases, the usual price of any products and treatments already received will be calculated at the current retail price and reconciled against the payments already made. The client will be liable for any underpayment.
• Refunds will be provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
• Please note that deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend a booked appointment.
• Refunds directly back to a client’s bank account, except for payments originally made using cash, will incur a 5% administrative charge.
Mandatory Statements:
Sunekos containing hyaluronic acid and amino acids is a class III medical device that modifies the structure of mature skin, restoring volume, filling wrinkles and folds in the skin and in scar sites. Sunekos has risks and benefits. Sunekos should not be used on patients: with known hypersensitivity to any of its components; presenting with a general infection, inflammation or irritation in the area to be treated; or in patients predisposed to coagulation disorders. A local reaction may rarely occur, caused by hypersensitisation phenomena, with symptoms that include oedema and sensation of burning and/or itching. These reactions normally resolve within two days.
